We cover the Shenandoah Valley from Lexington to New Market. Our home base is in the Waynesboro/ Crimora area. We also service the Crozet, Albermarle, Nelson and Winter Green areas.
We have a soft gentle system that we use to clean vinyl siding, hardy board and aluminum houses versus the high pressure systems that can damage siding, screens, windows, etc. Our soft system is a two step process cleaning the vinyl siding, hardy board and aluminum siding.
We first apply a solution to the gutters, soffit, siding and windows. We generally coat the windows 2/3x to make sure we get the glass clean. We coat everything with the solution first to neutralize the green mildew and black mold that accumulates on the house over time. The solution also will remove spiders and dissolves spider webs as it removes the dirt and mold.
After coating the house with the solution and allowing time for the solution to perform its magic we follow up with the rinse. The first thing we do is rinse the windows, then the gutters, siding and the last thing we do is rinse the windows again just in case we may have splashed anything on them. When finished the house is clean of the mold , mildew and dirt. The windows also turn out nice too because we coat then 2/3x with the solution and then we rinse them 2/3x so they generally turn out nice also. The solution we use is environmentally friendly, plant friendly and pet friendly.
